Technical Support
Our technical support staff is the best in the business. They have been
trained by the programming staff and are extremely familiar with our
software.
We provide technical support as part of the original purchase price for a
period of 90 days. Support hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 and 1:00 PM to
4:00 PM Monday-Friday except for holidays. The customer can call our 800
number, free of charge, for any problem related to the program.
Our highly qualified technical support staff supports all software programs
provided by DPS. All customers that have our "Maintenance &
Support" not only get their questions answered promptly and accurately
but they also get all program enhancements that are released. This ensures
that our customers are on the later version of the software. Most of the
program enhancements are a result of our customers making suggestions to
the software.
